The film after
the render.
Launch film and imagery for luxury homes and places to stay, sold before they're built. Made from your renders and your model, under your name.

01 — What we make
Your renders already carry the design. We carry it further: light turning across the day, water moving, a room with someone in it.
-
Launch film
About a minute, with thirty and fifteen-second cuts. Landscape for the launch, vertical for phones, and a quiet loop for the sales suite.
-
Stills
Your finished frames refined and made print-ready, with frames from the film for agents to send.
-
Your name on it
Made privately and credited to you. It stays private until launch, and ours stays behind it.
02 — Method
The model is the truth. Everything else is light.
Every frame starts from your geometry. Light, material and life change around it. The architecture stays exactly as drawn.
03 — The work
Selected frames.

04 — How it begins
Start small. Scale if it earns it.
-
I
A study
One of your renders, carried into a short piece of film. Made privately, for you, and yours to keep either way.
-
II
The launch study
One film from your still, cut for every screen, with two stills refined and frames for your agents.
-
III
The launch project
The full launch: a film in three lengths, six print-ready stills, and the look kept for the next phase.
If the first cut doesn't feel like your project, the deposit comes back in full.
05 — Studio
Small by design.
alawiyah takes on a few launches at a time, so each one is directed closely from the first frame to handover. No account managers, no hand-offs.
The studio was founded by Mo, an architect trained at RMIT in Melbourne and the University of Westminster in London, who built AI image pipelines for luxury hospitality projects before alawiyah. AI is in the pipeline, but every frame is directed and checked by hand. The architecture stays yours.
06 — Begin
